In what universe would a 37 year old woman who is not disabled in any way thing that it was perfectly OK to crap on the bed and then expect someone to clean her up?

No way sister, here is the linen - there is the sink.

BTW, she had driven herself to the ER and walked in under her own power so was obviously able to get up and walk to the bathroom.

What is the matter with people?

Well OK, I miss blogging

Um, well I thought I could quit blogging but I have grown used to being able to blow off some steam and quite frankly, right now I feel like my head is going to BLOW OFF!

Did you miss me?

So I don't know how regularly I will be able to post but I have to have an outlet for my, ahem, creative energies (although that is not what they call it at work LOL.)

A couple of things I have been wondering:

I took my Grandma to the doctors office the other day and, despite the fact that she had made an appointment three months in advance, we WAITED TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. Yep, that's right, two hours with an appointment. So........if you wait for two hours when you have the appointment then why the FUCK do people get all bent out of shape when they have been in the ER lobby for 45 minutes?

And the other thing is: Why does hospital administration think nothing of laying off nurses and then hiring 7 full-time people to review documentation?
