Yep.
One of the reasons I quit working the floor. Leaves a gaping hole where "professional satisfaction" ought to exist...
It's disturbing that when I graduate, I'll be thrown into a system that is broken and barely surviving.
I suppose it's good to see changes happening, but it's never enough.
